Clay Classes:
Currently, I teach pottery classes (I teach both wheel throwing and hand building in all my classes!) at The Oak Ridge Art Center on Mondays. All levels (beginners through advanced) are welcome in my classes! The 8 week "Summer Session" starts on June 10, 2024. I will be teaching a class on Mondays from 1-4pm and another class on Mondays from 6-9pm. "Conductivity: The Many Faces of Copper in Ceramics"I was thrilled to have 2 cups juried into the Conductivity: The Many Faces of Copper in Ceramics Show at The Companion Gallery in Humboldt Tn. juried by Dick Lehman. My Mountain Teabowl (above) is in the show which runs until September 30th and also one of my Hunka Chunka Beach mugs. The Mountain Teabowl sold and went to a new home. |
"Deep Inner Cups" at Gallery ZekeI had one of my Hunka Chunka Beach mugs juried into the Conductivity Show at Companion Gallery and one juried into "Deep Inner Cups" at Gallery Zeke in Steelville, Missouri. I also had a Mountain Teabowl juried into this show. Click on Gallery and then Cups, Mugs and Bowls to see the Mountain Teabowl that was juried in. It's in the top row in between the mugs. Both of my pieces in the show sold and went to new homes. The juror for Deep Inner Cups was Richard Wehrs.

"10 x 10 x10 x Tieton"I was very excited to have 2 of my pieces juried into the 10 x 10 x 10 x Tieton Show in Tieton Washington which goes on until October 8th in the Mighty Tieton Warehouse Gallery in Tieton, Washington.
